Our family stayed here over this past weekend for a wedding. We loved our stay. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. There's a shuttle to pick-up and drop off at the airport. I want to specifically point out Cheryl (Cherry) She really made our family feel welcomed. Thank you for being a great person. Also, the ladies at the front desk, thank you for telling us the areas to stay away from while exploring Sacramento. I definitely recommend this hote.
Breakfast doesn't have waffles, but they do have sliced potatoes, which I haven't seen at other hotels. The sausages and omelettes are standard fare. There are tables for singles, which makes the dining room more spacious.
Very clean and comfortable, easy check-in. Location very close to the airport, as they say. However--We called to say we'd be late checking in, like 11pm, (which in my experience you absolutely have to do or you lose your reservation...) but the girl's response was "Okay...and?..." So that was rude, but we were literally only there to sleep and luckily didn't need "service" of any kind. Check-out was uneventful, we left at 9am.
All smiles! This place is truly great. I feel completely comfortable bringing and inviting my family and friends to stay here. The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, small shopping centers, and gas stations. The hotel is very clean and exceptionally nice for a 2.5-star property. Complimentary parking and breakfast are a wonderful bonus. Count your blessings and book your stay here — you won’t regret it!
Friendly front desk, close to a lot of restaurants and Dutch bros. My wife chose this place due to proximity to airport and free shuttle. Holiday Inn express provides a nice and safe environment; quality Hotel chain
It’s 100 degrees in Sacramento, but the AC in our room is amazing nice and cold! The room is super clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool area is pretty nice too, though it could use a little more attention since there were a few dirty towels left around. Overall, still a great stay!
The hotel was a location I ended up at on short notice for work. It was a nice simple room in a quiet hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. There were a number of restaurants close by which made for plenty of walkable options. To fitness center was basic but functional.
Such a surprisingly great experience that exceeding my expectations by a mile. If you’re looking for a clean room near the airport, with friendly staff, strong WiFi, and decent continental breakfast (that’s out very early for early flights) look no further. I ended up here after a flight got diverted and I checked in at 4am. Kay welcomed me and was so helpful and kind. I’m grateful for the hospitality. Thank you!
